Introduction1.1 AimThe aim of this report is to conceive the Business Environment andwithin organisation of Ford Motor Company (FMC), which includes theculture and management of the company. Review of Ford Motor Company2.1 Company OverviewFord Motor Company is a public limited company, listed on the New York bourgeon Exchange. Ford Motor Company is one of the worlds largestmultinational automotive companies that manufactures and distributeautomobiles in 200 markets across six continents employing more than327,000 ra ft worldwide.
